VW Australia announces complimentary five-year service plans for its flagships

 

Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA) has today announced a more attractive ownership proposition for buyers of two flagship models providing a complimentary five-year service plan for a limited time.

The perk is only available for MY22 versions of the Volkswagen Arteon flagship sedan and Volkswagen Touareg flagship SUV and will only be available until December 31 for customers that purchase outright or via VW finance.

Volkswagen’s five-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty remains unchanged and, according to VGA, the free service offer will save customers between $2500 and $3600 depending on the model and trim grade.

“Our team has been working to provide solutions to the rising production costs and supply restrictions that are global and industry-wide challenges,” said Szaniecki.

“We have successfully negotiated greater production for Touareg, created innovative limited-edition variants in a variety of model lines and, now, reduced servicing charges and provided drive-away pricing offers as elements we can control locally.”

Volkswagen Australia has also reiterated its MY22-plated models are still available with drive-away pricing (see below).
