Once a customer has signed in, they are taken through the carsales vehicle identifier and are then presented with a valuation range for their vehicle.

Clear, concise messaging within the listing will reinforce to the customer that the Trade-In valuation is an estimate only, and subject to final approval by the dealer.

The customer will then be offered the opportunity to provide details of their trade-in vehicle when submitting their enquiry.

Their trade-in vehicle information can also be retained on the customer’s login, simplifying the process going forward.
