Great new features designed to help you work smarter

Designed to assist dealers develop and grow their online sales, AutoGate is currently used by over 5,000 dealers across eight different industries and comes as standard with every carsales Network subscription.

In a world that demands 24/7 access to information, the AutoGate App (download) enables effective dealership inventory management via mobile – anywhere, anytime.

Here are six ways the most recent AutoGate App update can make your job easier.

1. Home Screen customisation* prioritises you

 The home screen is your key jumping-off point within the app, and now features the ability to chose and sort the widgets that matter most to you.

These widgets represent several key metrics, from key prospects, to ‘To-Do’ a range of vehicle sub-categories that can be switched or sorted via a press of the new ‘Customise’ button.

2. Quick actions^ allow tasks to be added on-the-go

 Have a new prospect? Need to add fresh inventory, or log a test drive?

A new ‘+’ button set in the top-right of the app’s home page allows new business tasks to be created right from your mobile device.

3. Manage multiple dealerships seamlessly

 If you manage several dealerships via AutoGate, you can now easily switch between them from the app’s home page. Simply click on the dealership name displayed at the top of the page, and a list of all dealerships will come up for seamless selection.

 4. Filtered search targets specific inventory

More searches and filters capabilities have been added, to enable better visibility over your inventory and prospect data.

 5. Additional AutoGate accesses

A ‘More’ button at the bottom of the app page opens the user to a wider range of options. From starting a test drive to viewing your ‘To Do’ list, to easily viewing your carsales Acount Manager’s contact details  and the carsales terms of service and privacy policy, you can perform key account functions with the touch of a button.

 6. ‘What’s New?’ links the latest insights

 Another feature found via the ‘More’ button is access to the latest news, updates and insights from the carsales team. These insights are available under the ‘What’s New’ tab in the ‘More’ menu.
