As part of that commitment, we’re introducing intelligent tools that work behind the scenes to reduce admin and sharpen focus. Artificial intelligence (AI) is beginning to play a growing role in how we do that.

The good news is that our AI-enhanced roadmap isn’t a pipe dream. We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes and are bringing the first of these tools to market by the end of the financial year. What does this mean for you? Connect calls will now be automatically transcribed and summarised, providing a fast and accurate snapshot of every conversation. 

Each transcript is timestamped, searchable and highlights key buyer signals such as vehicle preferences and next steps. That means no need to replay full conversations and no risk of missing the details that move deals forward. 

After extensive testing, our transcription service is powered by Google’s Gemini AI, delivering even faster and sharper transcriptions and summaries in one seamless service.

Past listings, pricing preferences, call interactions and email engagement will be compiled into a single view. No more digging through notes or switching between screens. Everything you need will be visible at a glance. 

Admin automation 
Tasks like appointment scheduling, document handling and deal progression will be automated. That means less time on manual steps and more time spent selling. 

AI-guided re-engagement 
When a lead goes quiet, AutoGate will trigger smart follow-up activity based on lifecycle stage and engagement history. It’s a set-and-forget way to keep your pipeline active. 

Offer creation support 
Soon, AI will support price positioning and deal structuring decisions using live market data, stock performance and buyer behaviour. This gives you data-backed recommendations when you’re shaping the final offer.
