Coming Soon Listings Terms and Conditions

1. The Advertiser agrees to comply with the carsales Lead Handling Terms. 2. For the purpose of clause 3.2 of the Advertising Service Terms and Conditions, clause 8 (Subscriber supplied video) of the AutoGate Terms and Conditions apply as if you were a Subscriber (as defined in the Autogate Terms and Conditions). 3. The Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that, subject to the Advertising Service Terms and Conditions, the Advertiser’s Ad (a ‘Coming Soon Listing’) will be published for the period of time specified in the Insertion Order or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Advertiser and carsales (“Set Period”). 4. The Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that the Advertiser’s Ad may remain published following the Set Period (in carsales’ absolute discretion), at no additional cost to the Advertiser (“Extra Period”). During the Extra Period, carsales may unpublish the Advertiser’s Ad at any time. Should the Advertiser not wish for the Advertiser’s Ad to remain published after the Set Period, or seeks the removal of the Ad during the Extra Period, the Advertiser must provide carsales with written notice setting out this request.
