Jeff Mannering will lead Audi Australia after the departure of Paul Samson
Audi Australia has announced the appointment of its new CEO, Jeff Mannering.
Currently the Executive Director of Audi Korea, a post he has held since 2019, Mr Mannering was Managing Director of Audi Middle East, before moving to Audi Singapore.
It’s a return to the local fold for Mr Mannering (below), who previously served in a senior Aftersales role at Audi Australia.

“I am excited to return home to lead the extraordinary team at Audi Australia,” said Mr Mannering, who holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Newcastle.
“As part of its Vorsprung 2030 strategy, Audi is boldly shaping the future of personal, premium mobility around the world, and it’s a mission that I hold very closely. I look forward to sharing in our owners’ enthusiasm for the Audi brand in Australia, and taking them along with us on this exciting journey.”

Previous CEO Paul Sansom took up his new role of Group Managing Director of Volkswagen Group Australia at the beginning of this year.
“I am delighted to hand over the reins of Audi Australia to an executive of Jeff’s calibre,” said Mr Sansom.
“I look forward to seeing Audi continue on its innovative path, as the technological spearhead of Volkswagen Group Australia, to deliver our customers the very best of premium mobility into the future.

“It has been an honour to lead this incredible brand in Australia and I have the fondest memories of all that we have achieved together.”
After a busy 2021, Audi’s local product mix has settled, with updated versions of the diesel Q5 the latest to touch down.
A focus on its electric portfolio is also likely to be high on Mr Mannering’s priorities, as Audi nudges its performance line towards electrification.
